How eCosway Profit Plan Works
Whenever you or anyone in your network makes an eCosway sale or purchase, it generates eVolume (eV) which is the sales volume assigned to each product. Every month, eCosway calculates the eVolume (eV) generated by your network and pays you four types of profits namely 1. Retail Profit, 2. Branch Override, 3. Branch Performance Incenive (BPI) and 4. Extra Incentive (EI).
Note: 1 eV = 1 eDollar = RM3.50 (SGD/BND1.50) depending on the exchange rate
1. Retail Profit:
When you sell the products to your customers at the suggested retail price, you will earn the difference between the retail price and your discounted Redemption Point (RP) price. But normally, I don't do that, I will let my customers enjoy the discounted RP price too. Apart from that, you will earn up to 23% Retail Profit on the monthly eVolume (eV) generated by your Personal Sales (including your own purchases and purchases of your VIP Shoppers). The percentage you get is based on the volume of your entire network.
You will earn an overriding percentage on the eVolume (eV) generated by each of your Business Owner (BO) branches, based on the difference between your eligibility percentage and theirs.
3. Branch Performance Incentive (BPI):
You will earn a Branch Performance Incentive (BPI) based on the volume of each of your Business Owner (BO) branches (including your Personal Sales) that exceeds 500 eV each month (except your highest eV Branch which esrves as the qualifying branch for this incentive).
You will earn an Extra Incentive (EI) based on the volume of each of your Business Owner (BO) branches (including your Personal Sales) that exceeds 500 eV each month (except your highest eV Branch which serves as the qualifying branch for this incentive).
How Much Profit Can You Make as an eCosway Business Owner
1. Retail Profit Calculation:
Total network volume = 50 500 eV
Eligibilty percentage = 23%
Retail Profit = 23% of Personal Sales = 23% × 500 eV = 115 eDollars
2. Branch Override Calculation:
Each branch's 5000 eV qualifies for 9%
Branch Override Profit = 23% - 9% = 14 %
Total Branch Override Profit = 14% × 5000 eV × 10 branches = 7000 eDollars
3. Branch Performance Incentive (BPI) Calculation:
500 eV Personal Sales BPI = 20 eDollars
Each branch 5000 eV BPI = 300 eDollars
Total BPI = 20 + (300 × 9 branches) = 2720 eDollars
4. Extra Incentive (EI) Calculation:
500 eV Personal Sales EI = 25 eDollars
Each branch 5000 eV EI = 450 eDollars
Total EI = 25 + (450 × 9 branches) = 4075 eDollars
Total from all 4 types of profits = 115 + 7000 + 2720 + 4075 = 13 910 eDollars
What are Your Monthly Requirements to Qualify for Profit
To qualify for any profit, you need to generate a minimum of 15 eV from your personal purchases and also between 5 and 30 Qualification Units (QUs) each month, depending on the amount of profit due to you.
Besides the Profit Plan, You will Also Get
1. Redemption Points (RPs) which can be used to get up to 20% discount off certain products. 1 RP is awarded for every RM50 (SGD/BND25) spent in a single invoice.
2. Redemption Coupons (RCs) which can be exchanged for products or used to purchase products at highly discounted prices. 1 RC is awarded for every RM30 (SGB/BND15) purchase based on net value in a single invoice. You will also get additional RCs based on your monthly total sales as follows:
Becoming an eCosway Business Owner
To become an independent eCosway Business Owner (BO), you need to invest an initial annual subscription fee of RM100 (SGD/BND50) which includes:
- a membership card
- a start up kit (Profit Plan Guide, Product Catalogue and business support materials)
- 20 Redemption Points (RPs)
- Great product discounts and promoions
- Access to Business Ownership Support System (BOSS) to track your sales, purchases, growth of your network and so on
How to Register as an eCosway Business Owner
1. Register Online
1. Go to eCosway website
2. Select your Country/Region
3. Under Join, select As Independent Business Owner
4. Read the Consent to Electronic Contract, tick I agree and click submit
5. Enter your personal information, use MY060824 for Sponsor ID and click submit
6. Fill up your billing information and make your payment
2. Register Offline
1. Go to your nearest eCosway/Cosway shop
2. Tell them you want to be eCosway Independent Business Owner
3. Fill up the form provided which is similar to the electronic one
4. Under Sponser ID enter MY060824
5. Make your payment
