Having a custom domain is a must for several reasons. You finally made up your mind to purchase a custom domain. With enthusiasm, you went to a domain name registrar, filled up all required particulars and surprisingly, they accept payment by credit cards only. Alas, you have none!
Well, you are not alone. Not everyone has a credit card, especially students. They can easily sign up for a PayPal account but, to get it verified which means linking it to their debit or credit cards or bank accounts, can be a challenging task for them.
But, the good news is you can really buy a domain with an unverified PayPal account. Although most domain name registrars only accept payment by credit cards, some registrars do accept unverified PayPal payment; and one of them is NameCheap.
NameCheap does accept payment using unverified PayPal account, as long as there is sufficient money in it. This is true because I bought this domain from NameCheap this way.
